Before joining The Birmingham Group, Clarenz was the Director of Operations for a nurse staffing firm, where he helped grow the company from startup to over 300 internal team members, 1,900 nurses on contract, and $75 million in yearly revenue. His background spans healthcare, call centers, and business process outsourcing, with deep expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and performance operations.

Clarenz holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics with a focus in Information Technology, as well as a separate Bachelor of Science in Computer Science—an educational foundation that strengthens his strategic and data-driven approach to operations
