Are you an Architect with 5+ years of experience in $1M+ custom homes? Join a premier luxury residential builder in Metro Detroit. This growing team delivers high-end projects, giving you the opportunity to take designs from concept through construction—fast.

What You’ll Do

• Lead custom home design from concept through construction documents
• Collaborate with owners, builders, and consultants; review plans for code and constructability
• Manage specifications, selections, revisions, and project schedules
• Support permitting and jobsite needs—review submittals, respond to RFIs
• Guide clients through design decisions to maintain budget and intent

What You Bring

• 5+ years in luxury residential architecture with $1M+ custom homes
• Portfolio of large custom projects and client-facing experience
• Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD; Bluebeam a plus
• Knowledge of Michigan residential codes and detailing
• Degree in Architecture; Michigan license or active licensure path preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience with complex sites or historic renovations
• Visualization software skills (Lumion, Enscape); spec writing experience helpful

Location & Work Style

• Metro Detroit, MI — primarily on-site, with client and jobsite visits as needed
