Position Overview
They seek a Lead Architectural Designer to direct their design division. This leader will guide luxury home projects from concept through completion, manage teams, and collaborate closely with clients and construction partners.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee architectural and interior design projects.

Manage design phases: schematic, development, and construction docs.

Partner with clients to capture vision and functional needs.

Coordinate with engineers, landscape designers, and construction teams.

Guide clients on materials, systems, and premium upgrades.

Lead and mentor the design team, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.

Stay current on architectural trends and represent the company at events.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture.

8+ years in high-end residential design.

Proven leadership and team management.

Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.

Strong client communication and presentation skills.

Deep knowledge of luxury construction methods and systems.
