One of Florida’s leading development and construction companies is seeking a highly talented Civil Construction Estimator in Sarasota, FL with a strong background in civil construction and commercial projects. If you enjoy working on complex sitework and vertical builds and want to grow with a nationally respected developer, this could be your next career move.
As a Civil Construction Estimator, you will support preconstruction and project teams by preparing accurate, competitive estimates for civil and vertical projects. You’ll review plans and specifications, perform detailed quantity takeoffs, and work closely with operations to help win and deliver profitable work.
Qualifications

5+ years of commercial estimating experience with civil and vertical projects

Strong background in civil construction
-
College degree (Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred)

Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management

Collaborative communication style with project teams, trade partners, and Hiring Managers
