What You’ll Do
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects
- Analyze plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare estimates
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients throughout the bidding process
- Track and manage bid schedules to ensure timely submissions
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in commercial construction estimating
- CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk) experience preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
