Role Overview

A leading Metro Detroit contractor is hiring a seasoned Construction Estimator to lead full-cycle estimating
across commercial, manufacturing, light industrial, power & energy, and water/infrastructure projects.
You will manage everything from initial bid documents through final bid day, delivering precise, competitive pricing for
new construction, renovations, expansions, and capital projects.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years as an Estimator in the construction industry.
• Strong background estimating commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
• Deep understanding of trade scopes, building systems, and construction means/methods.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Willing to travel as needed throughout Michigan and nearby states.
