What You’ll Do

  • Support project managers on commercial and multifamily construction projects
  • Assist with project documentation, schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and project leadership
  • Track project details to help protect schedule, cost, quality, and client expectations
  • Support design-build and negotiated projects from planning through closeout
  • Help maintain clear communication between the office, field, and project stakeholders

Required Background

  • Project engineering experience in commercial construction
  • Experience supporting commercial, multifamily, or design-build projects
  • Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
  • Ability to manage documentation, deadlines, and project details
  • Comfort working with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients
  • Familiarity with construction software and project management tools

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with negotiated or repeat-client construction work
  • Background supporting commercial building or multifamily construction projects
  • Interest in growing into an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager role
