What You’ll Do

Support project managers on commercial and multifamily construction projects
Assist with project documentation, schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and project leadership
Track project details to help protect schedule, cost, quality, and client expectations
Support design-build and negotiated projects from planning through closeout
Help maintain clear communication between the office, field, and project stakeholders

Required Background

Project engineering experience in commercial construction
Experience supporting commercial, multifamily, or design-build projects
Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
Ability to manage documentation, deadlines, and project details
Comfort working with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients
Familiarity with construction software and project management tools

Preferred Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Experience with negotiated or repeat-client construction work
Background supporting commercial building or multifamily construction projects
Interest in growing into an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager role
