A leading Metro Detroit General Contractor is seeking a highly organized and systems-oriented Project Manager to oversee ground-up and renovation projects across multifamily, restaurant, and specialty commercial sectors. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment, values precision, and has hands-on experience managing construction from pre-construction through closeout.
You’ll be joining a forward-thinking team known for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, while fostering long-term partnerships with clients, architects, and trade partners throughout Michigan.
Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience with a General Contractor

Proven background in multifamily, commercial, or restaurant projects

Strong knowledge of wood-frame and steel construction methods

Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
