Cost Engineer ~ Metro NYC
A leading mid-sized GC in Metro NYC is seeking a Cost Engineer with USACE experience to support a high-priority federal infrastructure project. This role is critical to maintaining accurate project cost controls, production tracking, and documentation required for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) compliance.
What You’ll Do
Maintain project cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting
Monitor production quantities and installed work vs. budget
Support change order documentation and pricing
Maintain USACE-compliant documentation and reporting
- Prepare reports required by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
Must-Haves
- 3+ years of cost engineering experience on heavy civil projects
- Experience with cost forecasting and production tracking
- Strong understanding of USACE cost control and documentation requirements
- Experience with RMS
