This role sits at the center of project delivery. You will coordinate across field teams, contractors, consultants, ownership, and executive leadership to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and aligned with business goals.

Role Overview

  • Lead execution across a portfolio of development and construction projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously across the development portfolio
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination between field teams and executive leadership
  • Manage construction budgets, schedules, and contractor performance
  • Coordinate with ownership, consultants, contractors, and tenants
  • Track project progress and address delivery risks before they affect schedule or cost
  • Support consistent execution standards across commercial, industrial, mixed-use, and other asset types
  • Keep project teams aligned with company priorities and delivery expectations

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of construction management experience
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role within real estate development or construction
  • Experience working for a developer or owner’s representative is a plus
  • Experience working directly with construction teams and general contractors
  • Ability to coordinate between ownership, contractors, consultants, and tenants
  • Strong experience managing construction budgets, schedules, and contractor performance
  • Strong communication and leadership skills across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience overseeing commercial, industrial, residential, hotel, or mixed-use developments
