Role Overview
We’re working with a top-performing construction firm seeking a Division Manager to lead sales, estimating, and execution across commercial, light industrial, energy, and water infrastructure projects. If you’re ready to drive growth and influence strategy, this is your opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee division operations including sales, estimating, and project delivery.
- Mentor and manage project teams, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.
- Develop client relationships and expand market opportunities.
- Lead budgets, schedules, and compliance across multiple project types.
- Represent the firm in Michigan and neighboring states.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Estimator, Project Manager, or Division Manager/Leader roles.
- Experience in commercial or infrastructure-related projects.
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or Finance preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
