Role Overview
A Top 20 Electrical Contractor in the nation (Associated Builders and Contractors) is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join their Orlando team. This is a leadership role for an electrical professional who thrives on delivering top-tier workmanship while mentoring crews and ensuring project safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily electrical work on commercial projects.
- Ensure compliance with NEC code requirements and OSHA safety standards.
- Manage job scheduling, QA processes, and labor productivity tracking.
- Set and monitor daily crew goals to ensure completion and quality.
- Interpret and apply project plans, specifications, and product data.
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of electrical experience in commercial or industrial construction.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Valid Florida State or County Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership and crew management experience.
