A family-owned Metro Detroit concrete contractor, in business for over 30 years, is seeking a General Operations Manager to lead day-to-day field operations and customer execution across commercial projects. This is a hands-on leadership role with real authority over production decisions, crews, schedules, and client outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years of Commercial Concrete and General Construction experience
Strong Operational Leadership
Deep understanding of field operations from excavation through final grading/finishing
Able to oversee superintendents and maintain strong customer relationships
