Project Manager – Healthcare Construction (Interiors / Renovation)
A growing general contractor is seeking a Project Manager with proven experience leading healthcare renovation and interior projects.
This role is focused on remodels, tenant improvements, and interior buildouts within active healthcare and medical environments—not ground-up construction. You will manage projects from start to finish, working closely with clients, field teams, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality work in sensitive, occupied settings.
Must-Have Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager running your own projects
- Background in healthcare construction, medical office buildings, or Class A interiors
- Experience managing renovations, interior buildouts, and expansions
- Ability to manage projects in occupied environments
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
