Role Overview
Our client, a fast-growing heavy civil and specialty contractor, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure work including drilled shafts, pile driving, shoring, deep foundations, railroad bridges, marine structures, and government-funded projects. This role directly impacts profitability, operational systems, and on-site execution. You will guide project delivery from planning through closeout while partnering with field leaders and state agencies.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of heavy civil and marine construction projects.
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field personnel.
- Oversee RFIs, change orders, proposals, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with state agencies, municipalities, and government entities.
- Provide technical oversight on drilled shafts, pile driving, shoring, and structural foundations.
- Maintain safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with union field teams when required.
- Develop standard processes to strengthen project management systems.
Required Background
- Hands-on expertise in drilled shafts and deep foundation systems.
- Experience in pile driving and marine construction.
- Background in shoring, heavy civil structures, or bridge work.
- Experience on railroad bridge projects.
- Familiarity with state contracts and government-funded work.
- Strong experience with RFIs, change orders, and proposals.
- Union labor experience is valuable but not required.
