Lead Superintendent – Hospitality Construction

Florida | Statewide Travel Required
One of Florida’s largest hospitality-focused General Contractors to hire a Lead Superintendent with proven experience delivering ground-up hospitality projects.
This role is focused on leading hotel construction projects across Florida, typically up to $30M, with a contractor known for repeat business, a strong backlog, and long-tenured teams.
This is an opportunity for a Superintendent who can take full ownership of the jobsite, lead field teams, and deliver projects without constant oversight.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Lead Superintendent on ground-up hospitality construction projects
- Minimum of 3 completed new build hospitality projects
- Proven ability to manage projects up to $30M
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination skills
- Ability to travel throughout Florida for project assignments
