Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural and interior design teams, setting creative and technical standards.
- Oversee the entire architectural design process—from schematic design through construction documentation.
- Collaborate directly with clients to interpret their vision, goals, and design preferences.
- Coordinate with engineers and landscape designers to create cohesive site and floor plans that meet budget and zoning parameters.
- Identify and present premium features and finishes that enhance both client satisfaction and project profitability.
- Guide clients through material selections, balancing aesthetics, functionality, and constructability.
- Integrate infrastructure systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and home automation within the design plan.
- Mentor and oversee the architectural and interior design staff to ensure consistent quality.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in luxury residential design.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary design teams.
- Expertise with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
