A respected third-generation general contractor is hiring a Lead Estimator in Sacramento, CA.
This firm has built its name on integrity, quality, and long-term relationships, and they have a strong backlog of municipal and infrastructure work. They are looking for someone with water/wastewater treatment plant experience who wants to grow with a stable, people-first company.
Must-Haves:
Estimating experience centered on WWTP, lift station, and pump station projects
Solid knowledge of municipal infrastructure, civil construction, and plant-related mechanical and electrical systems
Experience estimating projects up to and beyond $30 million
Strong leadership presence with the ability to communicate effectively teams, owners, and partners
Bachelor’s degree is a plus
