Lead Superintendent – Data Center  (Renovations) | Mid-Atlantic / DMV

A $1B+ commercial contractor with 60+ years in the industry is launching a new Data Center / Mission Critical division and is hiring a Lead Superintendent to support this growth.

This is not ground-up hyperscale work. The focus is on renovations, remodels, and interior upgrades within ACTIVE data center environments—where precision, sequencing, and uptime are critical.

The company operates across the Mid-Atlantic (DMV) region, including NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, VA, and WV, and offers long-term stability with very low turnover and average tenure exceeding 12 years.

Must-Have Experience

• 5 + years of experience as a Superintendent 
• Data center or mission critical project experience
• Proven ability to work in active / occupied environments
• Strong background in renovations, remodels, or interior upgrades
• Ability to manage tight schedules, sequencing, and coordination
• Strong field leadership and ability to run projects independently
