Location: Southeast U.S. (Traveling Role)
Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000

What You’ll Do

Lead all on-site construction activities for large-scale multifamily, senior living, and student housing projects

Oversee project scheduling, safety, and quality control from groundbreaking to completion

Collaborate with Project Managers, Owners, and Subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Manage field teams and maintain strong jobsite communication and documentation
What You’ll Bring

10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up multifamily construction

Proven success managing projects $30M+

Strong leadership, scheduling, and safety management skills
