A well-established $100M commercial General Contractor seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead complex commercial construction projects and guide high-performing project teams.
With over 65 years in business, this contractor has built a reputation for successfully delivering challenging projects across both public and private sectors. Their portfolio includes complex commercial developments that require strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to build lasting client partnerships.
This role is ideal for a senior construction professional who enjoys leading multiple large-scale projects, mentoring project teams, and working directly with clients to drive successful project outcomes.
Candidate Must-Haves
- 15–20 years of commercial construction experience
- Healthcare experience, ground up projects $30M+
- Proven leadership managing multiple large-scale and/or complex projects
- Strong client relationship management and business development abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
