The portfolio includes local developments, large-scale pipeline installations, and projects exceeding $100M in value.
The company is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Project Executive with a proven track record in construction project management, pipeline construction, municipal infrastructure, and operational leadership. This role will lead complex underground utility projects, manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors, and play a pivotal role in strategic business growth and succession planning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management experience in construction.
- Expertise in hiring, bonding, insurance, estimating, and operational leadership.
- Experience with municipal pipeline projects (16–42 inch).
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proven record of managing high-value, complex projects successfully.
