Desired qualifications for the Superintendent positions:

7+ years of experience

Proven track record with Big Box projects or High Rise Multi-family/Sr. Living/Student Housing

Typical Projects range $25M to $50M+

Site-work experience is a must.

Aggressive & the right attitude is important.

Must be able to travel throughout the US
