We are searching for a project manager who can own the details behind successful commercial construction delivery, from preconstruction through closeout.

Role overview:

Manage project budgets, schedules, documentation, and profitability
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners
• Lead change orders, cost reporting, meetings, and closeout activities

Requirements:

3+ years of construction project management experience
• Commercial estimating or conceptual estimating experience preferred
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, and Microsoft Office
