Estimator (Structural Concrete) – Commercial Construction ~ Pittsburgh, PA

A well-established $100M commercial General Contractor seeking an Estimator with a structural concrete construction background. This contractor has been in business for over 65 years and has built a reputation for delivering complex commercial projects across public and private sectors.

Must-Haves

5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
Cast-in-place concrete experience is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of concrete, reinforcing steel, structural steel, and related construction scopes
Experience developing estimates for mid- to large-scale commercial projects ($10M-$45M)
Strong communication skills and ability to work with project teams and subcontractors
Bachelor’s Degree

Nice-to-Haves

Experience estimating healthcare or other complex commercial construction projects
Exposure to federal or Department of Transportation projects
Experience with corporate, university, or school district construction
Familiarity with industry estimating tools and takeoff software
