An established General Contractor is hiring a Healthcare Superintendent to lead interior renovations, tenant improvements, and healthcare buildouts in Jupiter, FL, with ongoing work across Florida.

This is not a passive role. You will be the person responsible for keeping the job moving, managing trades in occupied spaces, and protecting the schedule under real constraints.

Travel: Required across Florida after initial project

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Running healthcare renovation and interior construction projects from the field
• Managing subcontractors, sequencing, and daily site execution
• Keeping schedules intact in occupied medical environments
• Coordinating logistics where disruption is not an option
• Driving safety, quality, and production across all phases

What This Role Actually Requires

• Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on healthcare renovation projects
• Background in healthcare, medical office, or Class A interior construction
• Experience with tenant improvements, interior buildouts, and expansions
• Ability to run projects independently in active, occupied environments
• Strong control of schedule, coordination, and field execution
• Willingness to work in Jupiter and travel across Florida
