Project Manager | Monroe, LA (Commercial & Industrial Construction)
$20 to $25 million of concurrent commercial and industrial work, run by one project manager who answers to the owner.
Our client is an established commercial and industrial general contractor in North Louisiana, and they are adding a Project Manager to carry that work with no layer of management between you and the decisions.
What you will own
- $20M to $25M of concurrent commercial and industrial projects, preconstruction through closeout
- Budgets, buyout, schedules, subcontractor and vendor relationships, and owner communication on every job
- Partnership with field leadership to keep crews productive and schedules intact
- Estimating and pursuit support on upcoming work
- A direct reporting line to the owner, with real input on how the work gets built
What you bring
- 15+ years of construction project management experience
- Ground up commercial project management experience, required
- A track record running multiple projects at the same time
- Estimating experience
- Industrial background is a strong plus, particularly metal buildings, heavy duty paving and heavy drainage
- Southeast market experience preferred
