Traveling Superintendent – Retail / Grocery / Big Box Construction
Our client, an extremely successful mid-size construction company with steady growth and a wonderful client base, is searching for their next Traveling Superintendent. This is a chance to join a stable, growing firm with definite potential for advancement and opportunities to work on a diverse range of projects.
What You’ll Do
- Lead field operations on retail, grocery, and big box projects, including remodels and additions
- Coordinate and drive subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and up to standard
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients, store management, and project teams
- Work night shifts when needed to minimize disruption to store operations
Qualified Candidates Will Have
- Superintendent experience on retail and grocery projects
- Big box construction experience
- The ability to push subs and hold them accountable
- A great attitude and customer-service mindset, with the ability to interact and communicate with everyone
- Willingness to travel
