Project Manager – Healthcare Construction ~ Lansing, MI

Mid-Michigan’s healthcare construction market is active, and this contractor runs some of the most complex occupied-facility work in the region. One of Michigan’s most respected construction firms is hiring a Project Manager with healthcare construction experience to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout in their Lansing operation.

This role is built for a PM who understands occupied-facility phasing in Mid-Michigan, can manage demanding healthcare client relationships, and has the discipline to deliver hospital projects on schedule. The company offers the resources of a large organization with a culture that stays accessible and collaborative at every level.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience with a CM or General Contractor
• Experience managing ground-up hospital projects or complex healthcare construction
• Ability to manage healthcare, K-12, or commercial construction projects
• Experience working within occupied facilities, ideally healthcare environments
• Background managing projects in the $10M–$20M+ range
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
