We are searching for an experienced field leader who can take ownership of commercial construction projects from mobilization through closeout.

Role overview:

Lead daily field operations, safety, scheduling, and quality
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and project teams
• Manage three-week look-ahead schedules and jobsite execution

Requirements:

8+ years of commercial construction experience
• Strong knowledge of drawings, building codes, and OSHA requirements
• Proven ability to lead trades and keep projects on schedule
