Estimator – Commercial, Industrial & Infrastructure | Metro Detroit
A well-established construction firm is looking to hire an Estimator to oversee and execute full-cycle estimating for a broad range of commercial, light industrial, power & energy, and water infrastructure projects. From the moment bid documents are received through bid day delivery, this role will be responsible for driving accurate and competitive estimates that support successful project awards.
Project Types Include:
New construction, renovations, and expansions across Michigan and nearby regions.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience estimating.
Proven ability to lead estimating efforts across multiple project types.
Strong understanding of local subcontractor markets.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
