Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Construction
Location: Tampa, FL (light travel within Florida)

A well-established general contractor in Tampa is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects across Florida, including hospitals, medical office buildings, and other healthcare facilities. What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor performance from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead safety and quality initiatives on every project while ensuring full contract compliance
- Partner closely with owners, healthcare clients, architects, engineers, and field teams to anticipate challenges and resolve issues before they affect the project
- Manage the unique demands of healthcare construction, including work in active and occupied facilities
- Support recruiting efforts and mentor project engineers, assistant project managers, and other project staff to build a strong, capable team
What You Bring
- 10+ years of construction project management experience
- True healthcare experience hospital construction
- Demonstrated success managing projects in the $5M–$20M+ range from preconstruction through closeout
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with clients, design teams, and trade partners
