Project Manager – Healthcare Construction ~ Lansing, MI
One of Michigan’s top companies is seeking a Project Manager with healthcare construction experience to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
This role is ideal for a Project Manager who understands the complexity of healthcare construction within occupied environments and can successfully manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships across technically demanding projects.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of Project Management experience with a CM or General Contractor
- Experience managing ground-up hospital projects or complex healthcare construction
- Ability to manage healthcare, K-12, or commercial construction projects
- Experience working within occupied facilities, ideally healthcare environments
- Background managing projects in the $10M–$20M+ range
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
