Healthcare Project Manager ~ Metro Detroit, MI

Metro Detroit’s healthcare construction pipeline is active, hospital expansions, occupied-space renovations, and medical facility buildouts across one of the Midwest’s largest regional healthcare markets. One of Michigan’s most respected construction firms is hiring a Project Manager with healthcare construction experience to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout across the Detroit metro.

This role is built for a PM who thrives in technically demanding environments, understands ICRA phasing and infection control requirements, and can keep a complex healthcare project on schedule while protecting the patient care environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience with a CM or General Contractor
• Experience managing ground-up hospital projects or complex healthcare construction
• Ability to manage healthcare, K-12, or commercial construction projects
• Experience working within occupied facilities, ideally healthcare environments
• Background managing projects in the $10M to $20M+ range
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
