An established General Contractor is hiring a Healthcare Superintendent to run interior renovations, tenant improvements, and healthcare buildouts in Ocala, FL, with ongoing projects across Florida.
This role is for a superintendent who can take control of the jobsite, manage trades in occupied spaces, and keep production moving without constant direction.
Location: Ocala, FL
Job Type: Full-Time
Travel: Required across Florida after the initial project
This is a field leadership role. You are expected to run the job, not follow it.

Role Overview
- Lead healthcare renovation and interior construction projects from the field
- Manage subcontractors, sequencing, and day-to-day jobsite execution
- Maintain schedule performance in occupied healthcare environments
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee field operations for healthcare renovation, remodel, and interior buildout projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and jobsite logistics
- Manage work in active facilities where disruption must be minimized
- Drive project schedules and maintain production targets
- Enforce safety standards and quality control on-site
- Transition between projects across Florida as needed
Qualifications
- Experience as a Lead Superintendent on healthcare renovation or remodel projects
- Strong background in healthcare interiors, medical office buildings, or Class A interior construction
- Experience with tenant improvements, interior buildouts, and facility expansions
- Ability to run projects independently in occupied environments
- Strong scheduling, coordination, and field leadership skills
- Willingness to work in Ocala and travel throughout Florida
Location and Travel
- Initial project located in Ocala, FL
- Future assignments will include projects across Florida
- Travel flexibility is required
