Natalie Grimmer

Natalie Grimmer is one of the newest Search Consultants with The Birmingham Group. She is dedicated, loyal, and is eager to expand her network in the construction industry. Natalie is hard working and resilient, yet friendly and personable which will make her successful in matching the best opportunities to top professionals in the world of construction.

Prior to starting in her new role, Natalie graduated with a degree in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University and worked in Restaurant Management for 5 years. During her time in restaurants, she uncovered a passion for meeting new people and is motivated by hearing the stories of those she meets.

When she’s not working to create lasting relationships in the construction industry, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring the city of Berkley, and cheering on the Spartans. Go Green!
