Retail Construction Superintendent (Commercial) – Florida
One of Florida’s leading development and construction companies is seeking a highly talented Retail Construction Superintendent to lead field execution on commercial retail projects, including shopping centers and grocery stores.
Key Responsibilities

Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout

Manage subcontractor coordination, site logistics, sequencing, and daily production
-
Maintain the project schedule, short-interval planning, and milestone delivery

Enforce jobsite safety, quality standards, inspections, and documentation
-
Coordinate deliveries, material flow, and vendor performance to avoid downtime

Maintain clear communication with ownership, clients, and internal project teams
-
Drive punch, turnover, and closeout with a high standard of finish
Qualifications
-
5+ years of commercial construction experience with a strong focus on retail projects (shopping centers, grocery stores)
-
College degree (preferred)
