What You’ll Do
- Lead on-site construction for ground-up commercial projects

- Maintain a safe and efficient job site
- Report progress and resolve issues proactively
- Travel between projects across the country
What You Need
- 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Background in ground-up projects such as retail, hotel, office, or healthcare
- Willingness and ability to travel nationwide
- Strong skills in leadership, planning, and communication
