Commercial Construction Project Manager – Grand Rapids, MI
A leading General Contractor in West Michigan is actively hiring a Commercial Construction Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated construction professional to work on high-profile commercial projects throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project success
Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Ensure safety and compliance on all job sites
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
Willingness to travel as needed
