A family-owned heavy Civil GC in Metro Detroit is hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of projects from bid through build and buy-out, partnering closely with field leadership and trade partners to deliver successful outcomes.
What You Bring

5+ years of project management and estimating experience

Background in heavy civil project management (sitework, earthwork, site utilities)

Bachelor’s degree

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with estimating tools, spreadsheets, and project documentation
