Role Overview
A well-established mid-sized construction firm is seeking a Chief Estimator to lead its estimating department and drive the pursuit of complex, high-value projects. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the estimating department on commercial and interior construction projects.
- Oversee accurate bids, proposals, and preconstruction budgets.
- Build and maintain subcontractor relationships across the Atlanta market.
- Implement disciplined estimating processes aligned with company standards.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of estimating experience, ideally in commercial and interior construction.
