Superintendent – Federal Projects | Upstate NY
A growing Upstate New York GC is seeking a Superintendent with federal project experience to lead renovation projects in occupied environments, including an upcoming federal project in Rochester.
This role requires someone who can run projects independently. You’ll be responsible for keeping projects moving, managing field operations, and ensuring compliance with federal project requirements.
Must-Have Experience
- Experience as a Superintendent on federal construction projects
- Ability to run a project independently from start to finish
- Strong understanding of RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Experience managing renovation projects in occupied facilities
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and field execution
