Role Overview
- Manage land development and civil construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and project schedules
- Control budgets, timelines, and site execution across multiple active phases
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee commercial land development projects including sitework and infrastructure
- Manage earthwork, utilities, grading, and foundation-related activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, field teams, and construction sequencing
- Maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost control
- Track progress and resolve field issues before they impact delivery
- Communicate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders
- Drive projects through completion with strong execution standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years of land development or site development experience
- Strong background in civil construction including earthwork, utilities, and grading
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, field teams, and project schedules
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and site operations
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
