Vice President of Operations – Civil Construction

An established civil construction contractor is searching for a highly skilled and motivated Vice President of Operations to help drive their continued growth. This leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee major infrastructure and site development projects while guiding teams toward operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience in civil construction projects such as heavy highway, site development, underground utilities, and paving. This position is designed for a proven leader who thrives on managing people, processes, and large-scale projects within a collaborative environment.

Role Highlights

• Provide executive-level leadership and project oversight within civil construction operations

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar civil projects and large field teams

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills
