Superintendent Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee project schedules, manpower, equipment, and resources

• Lead and mentor site staff, ensuring smooth project execution

• Enforce strict compliance with construction safety procedures and jobsite security

• Review and approve subcontractor and vendor payments

• Prepare timely and accurate project requisitions and documentation

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards

Superintendent Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven supervisory experience in commercial construction

• Solid background working with a General Contractor

• Successful track record managing projects in the $5M – $50M range

• Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
