Senior Project Manager Construction Job – Multifamily Construction | Miami, FL
A highly respected General Contractor is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale multifamily construction projects in the Miami market. With a strong pipeline of $60M+ ground-up developments, this is an opportunity for a senior leader to make a major impact in one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in the country.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all phases of high-rise and mid-rise multifamily construction projects
- Lead preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and buyout
- Manage client relations, project teams, and subcontractors
- Ensure delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget
