Traveling Superintendent (Big-Box / Retail) — Immediate Start

We’re seeking a heavy-hitter Traveling Superintendent who can hit the ground running on a fast-moving $15M+ big-box retail project. You’re highly detail-oriented yet know how to keep a large project moving—driving schedule, quality, and safety while maintaining tight control of subcontractor performance. Experience with big-box prototypes (Walmart, Target, etc.) is ideal. Start is super urgent.

What You Bring

8–15+ years as a GC Superintendent on big-box retail (Walmart/Target/Costco/Sam’s) or similar large commercial projects
Proven success on $10M–$30M ground-up and/or major remodels; steel and wood-frame experience
Track record of driving schedule without sacrificing safety or quality
Strong presence on site—can talk to subs, command respect, and make things happen
Willing/able to travel ~ available to start ASAP
