Water / Wastewater Project Manager – Heavy Civil / Utility Construction

Position Overview
The Project Manager will lead water and wastewater construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance while maintaining excellent client and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Manage project planning, budgeting, cost control, and forecasting

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to drive schedule performance

Lead procurement, submittals, RFIs, change management, and project reporting

Maintain clear communication with owners/engineers and project stakeholders

Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contract documents

Drive project closeout, punch, commissioning support, and turnover documentation
Required Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of solid water/wastewater treatment plant construction experience

Excellent communication and computer skills
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
