Construction Estimator – Commercial, Industrial & Infrastructure (Metro Detroit)
We’re looking for a seasoned Construction Estimator to lead end-to-end estimating efforts across commercial, manufacturing, light industrial, power & energy, and waterworks / infrastructure projects. In this role, you’ll own the process from initial receipt of bid documents through final bid day, delivering accurate, competitive estimates for new construction, renovations, expansions, and other capital construction projects.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience working as an Estimator in the construction industry.
- Proven experience estimating commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects (new builds, renovations, expansions)
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods, building systems, and trade scopes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Must be willing to travel occasionally throughout Michigan and surrounding states
