A respected builder/developer in sunny Florida is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to manage industrial and warehouse projects. This family-oriented company is known for its 20+ year employee tenure and offers unlimited growth potential.
Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day field operations on industrial/warehouse projects
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
Maintain schedules, quality, and safety standards
Communicate progress with project management and ownership
Qualifications:
Proven Superintendent experience on industrial/warehouse projects
Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial construction
Ability to read plans and manage schedules
Strong leadership and communication skills
